Terms of Use

CP ("Cyber Pundits", "we", "us", "our", or the "Operator") runs an online platform — including forums, pages, marketplace listings, private messaging, and related services — at thecyberpundits.com (the "Site"). The Site lets members ("you") post, message, list items or accounts for trade, and otherwise interact with other members.

Creating an account or otherwise using the Site means you've read and accepted these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy, Community Rules, Marketplace Rules, and any other policy we link into them (together, the "Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect once posted unless we say otherwise. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent the law allows.

The Site is run by an individual operator, not a registered company, unless we state otherwise. We may rely on outside vendors for hosting, security, communications, and similar support.

These Terms are meant to govern use of the Site, subject to whatever mandatory protections apply to you under your local law. Disputes are handled under the law applicable to the Operator, and — where legally possible — in courts with jurisdiction in Australia. Nothing here overrides a right or protection that can't legally be signed away.

Where the law allows it, we may ask that a dispute be brought to us first for informal resolution before anything else — this doesn't stop you (or us) from using a right that can't be waived, or from meeting a legal obligation.
